Mr. Pennacchia is the Senior Vice President of Finance with Aulder Capital and has over 12 years of experience within the real estate, construction, and hospitality industry. He is responsible for the oversight of financial operations including accounting, treasury, financial reporting and the implementation of best-practice processes. Prior to joining Aulder, Mr. Pennacchia worked at a large regional accounting firm where he advised executives and owners on proactive tax and business strategies as well as optimal operational policies and informative financial reporting methods.
Mr. Pennacchia holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island as well as an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch. Currently, he is pursuing course work focused on Real Estate Investment at New York University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Global Management Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner (inactive).
