Jonah Bamberger
Managing Partner and Executive Chairman
Jonah Bamberger is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Aulder Capital and member of the Investment Committee.
He has been an active managing partner since its inception in 2012 and has overseen more than sixty acquisitions and twenty realizations valued at $1B. Jonah was the CFO of Aulder from 2012 to 2018 and has been an active managing partner and member of the IC for the past 10 years. Jonah is also the CEO of Viagem Inc. an affiliated Short Term Rental Venture.
Prior to Aulder Jonah was an investment manager in the Israel Infrastructure Fund, a private equity fund located in Tel Aviv, Israel, with over $1 billion in managed assets. Previously, Jonah was a project manager for Siemens Solar Thermal business unit and a Manager at TASC Strategic Consulting providing project finance consulting services to the Israeli Govt., the Kazakhstan Govt., and private firms in Israel and Romania in the transportation and energy sectors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Amir Heldi
Managing Partner and Co-CEO
Amir Heldi is the Co-CEO at Aulder Capital and member of the Investment Committee. Amir has lead the Investor Solutions and Asset Management teams at Aulder for the past four years. Amir has led the operations and property management teams since 2020 and has been instrumental in working with our lending and equity partners throughout the past few years. He has over 14 years of experience in corporate strategy and marketing, corporate and project finance, M&A and due diligence processes, with both institutional and private client relationships. Amir previously worked as the head of strategy and business development at Colmobil Corp., Israel’s largest automotive importer. Prior to that, he was a principle at TASC strategy consulting, Israel largest management consulting firm. Spanning his career, he has led strategic and financial projects for leading Israeli and international companies, including having responsibility for over $5 billion in M&A activity. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
Zvi Chalamish
Managing Partner and Co-CEO
Zvi Chalamish is a Co CEO of Aulder Capital Managing Partner with the 40 Broad Real Estate Funds. Zvika is the founder of the FBRE series of discretionary real estate funds and has been an active member of the Investment Committee since 2016. Prior to this, he was the CEO of the research and investment advisory firm Giza Singer Even, Israel’s largest investment banking and economic consulting firm. During the last 6 years, Zvika has also been a partner in various real estate funds focused on investing in the United States. Previously, he served as CEO of ASHRA, an Israeli Foreign Trade Risks Insurance Company. In addition, Zvika spent 15 years representing the Israeli Ministry of Finance in a wide range of executive positions, which included responsibility for raising foreign currency for the State of Israel in international markets and serving as Deputy Accountant General. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a licensed CPA.
Noam Ayalon
CFO
Noam Ayalon is the CFO at Aulder Capital. Noam joined in 2020 and is located in the New York office. He has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles with both private and public accounting. Noam previously worked as the CFO of Leascar, one of Israel’s largest players in the car leasing market. During his tenure there, Noam led the firm to grow from a focused small business to one of the largest industry players today. During his tenure the company was active in multiple ventures including investment in the real estate market. Prior to that, he was a senior accountant at KPMG, one of the world’s largest accounting firms. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Ruppin Academic Center.
John Reid
Partner and CIO
John Reid is the CIO of Aulder Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing new investment opportunities. John has led over $300 million of transactions at Aulder. Prior to joining Aulder, John was a Vice President in the Property Finance Group at Centennial Bank, with responsibilities ranging from underwriting structured loan products to portfolio management for balance sheet assets. John was also an Acquisitions Associate for Hawthorne Residential Partners based out of North Carolina. As part of the investment team, John helped acquire or develop over 8,400 multifamily and self-storage units throughout the Southeast and Texas, with a total transaction value in excess of $700 million. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Distinction from Duke University.
Robert Johnson
Partner and COO
Rob Johnson is the COO of Aulder Capital and has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience in both debt and equity. Rob has been the leader of the asset management team at Aulder for the past three years and has been instrumental in our success of weathering the Covid19 Pandemic. Rob oversees roughly 2,500 units and across thirteen properties with a value of nearly $500m. Prior to joining Aulder Capital, he served as an AVP at Hanover Street Capital representing Deutsche Bank’s Special Situations Group and Balance Sheet Lending platforms. At Hanover Street Capital, Mr. Johnson was responsible for the asset management of real estate loans in excess of $2B, across multiple property types and markets. Rob specialized in large/syndicated loan management, non-performing loan workouts, and the structuring of REO asset business plans and joint ventures. Prior to joining Hanover Street Capital, he served as an Associate at Tullett Prebon with a primary focus on interest rate swaps and derivatives. Rob has a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Brook Darby
Director of Operations
Brook Darby is the Director of Operations & Marketing with Aulder Capital. Prior to joining Aulder Capital, she worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager for Macerich, where she was responsible for public relations initiatives, print and digital marketing materials, advertising, event planning, sponsorship deals and retailer relationships. Ms. Darby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Clark University and an Associate Degree in Marketing and Advertising Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Corey Shapiro
Asset Management
Corey Shapiro is Senior Associate of Asset Management at Aulder Capital. In his role, Corey is responsible for the operational oversight and implementation of business plans across multifamily and mixed-use assets. Additionally, Corey plays an instrumental role in overseeing the firm’s development portfolio, leading efforts for the design, budgeting, construction, leasing, and exit of these projects.
Prior to Aulder Capital, Corey began his career on the Portfolio Management team at SL Green Realty Corp. focusing on Class A office properties in Manhattan.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Miami and has completed coursework at the NYU School of Professional Studies focused on Real Estate Finance and Development.
Michael DiCienzo
Acquisitions
Michael DiCienzo is a Senior Associate on the Acquisitions Team at Aulder Capital. Michael joined Aulder in 2021, and focuses on deal sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence. Previously, Michael worked at Sonder Inc., where he underwrote hotel and multifamily investment opportunities in 25+ markets across North America.
Prior to Sonder, Michael worked at Hunt Real Estate Capital where he screened and underwrote more than $1 billion of multifamily and mixed-use assets across the United States.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Accounting from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Melissa Rodriguez
Asset Management
Ms. Rodriguez is an associate on the Asset Management team where she provides support for managing the firm’s properties, providing financial analysis in support to the financing, marketing and leasing of the properties. She helps to identify and implement different sources of revenue, creating strategies to maximize the properties value while monitoring the operating budget and capital expenditures and providing support to the Property Management Team. Previously, Ms. Rodriguez worked as an Analyst in Advance Consultora where she gathered and prepared data for analysis on demographics, market feasibility, and finances. She fostered and cultivated open and collaborative lines of communication with consultants on the development of data visualization components. Ms. Rodriguez holds a Master’s in Statistics and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Baruch College.
Brogan Dineen
Asset Management
Brogan Dineen is an Analyst on the Asset Management team at Aulder Capital. Brogan joined Aulder in 2022 and is responsible for financial and operational reporting across the portfolio, as well as monitoring the day-to-day performance of stabilized assets to ensure efficiency and loan compliance.
She assists with the development and management of rental and renovation strategies with on-site property management teams for the successful implementation of business plans. Brogan has previous experience in real estate operations at MetLife Investment Management for multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets across the United States and abroad.
She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Virginia Tech and has completed coursework at the NYU School of Professional Studies focusing on Real Estate Finance.
William Meyers
Accounting/Finance
Bill is currently the corporate controller at Aulder where he provides oversight of the property accountant teams.
His responsibilities include the preparation of the property financial statements, reporting packages, compliance, and cash management for both the properties and corporate matters. Prior to joining Aulder Bill was CFO at a Philadelphia law firm for 10 years. Previously, he was CFO & Controller in the industrial equipment industry for 10 years.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer science from La Salle University.
Natalie Nurse
Property Management
Natalie Nurse is a Regional Manager at Aulder Management, where she is responsible for the Prince George’s County, Maryland portfolio spanning four (4) properties and 1,000+ units.
Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of each property and provides guidance and mentorship to all property management teams. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property management, Natalie has gained the knowledge and experience by working from the ground up starting as a Leasing Consultant in 2000 while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
While in the leasing role she quickly realized her passion for the property management industry and began to give her all towards her career. Natalie was promoted to Property Manager within 2 years. She has also worked in commercial property management, leasing retail space throughout Washington DC, Maryland, South Carolina, and Florida. This gave her a firsthand understanding of the inner workings of all aspects of property operations, the appreciation for managing residents’ homes, retail space and the supervision of personnel.

Kelli Gordon
Operations
Kelli Gordon is the Operations Coordinator at Aulder Management. As a part of the Operations team, Kelli facilitates employee and property management development and establishes best practices and policies for operational efficiency. Additionally, Kelli oversees property systems administration and manages specialized property management projects.
Kelli joined Aulder Management with over 5 years of property management experience and previous professional background in sales.
Kevin Gentile
Construction Management
Kevin Gentile is the Senior Manager of Construction with Aulder Capital, responsible for sourcing subcontracting firms, estimating, cost control, and scheduling of both the interior and exterior property improvements. Kevin is essential when evaluating new acquisitions and the corresponding capital expenditure business plan creation.
Prior to Aulder Capital, Kevin was the owner of Genco Homes, a residential homebuilding company in the tri-state area. Kevin was responsible for land acquisition, bank financing, planning board meetings, construction execution, and sell out. Prior to establishing Genco, Kevin worked at Pulte Homes, the largest homebuilder in the United States as an Area Regional Builder responsible for the day-to-day operation of 14 subdivisions averaging 200 hundred homes per year. Kevin attended Lycoming College where he studied marketing, business management, economics, urban development.
He also attended Temple University and studied business administration, accounting, psychology, sociology and social development. Kevin has an OSHA 30 Certificate along with a Green Associate and AP BD & C Certificates.
Jeffrey Ledger
Accounting/Finance
Jeffrey is the Assistant Controller for Aulder Capital. As the Assistant Controller, he assists the Controller with the day-to-day operation of the accounting department.
He has 25 plus years of experience as an accountant, including 15 years of experience in the property management industry.
Jeffrey has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Temple University, and a post baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Goldey-Beacom College.
Meyrav Rosencweig
Financial Planning and Analysis
Meyrav Rosencweig is a skilled financial planning and analysis (FP&A) professional at Aulder Capital. She utilizes her strong analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
Meyrav's attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial information enable her to develop accurate financial models and forecasts. Her dedication and her proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to Aulder Capital's team.
Hadar Shiri
Investor Solutions
Hadar Shiri is our Investor Solutions specialist, has been a cornerstone of our company for six years. In her role, she orchestrates communication with investors, managing tasks ranging from signing agreements to issuing receipts and beyond.
Furthermore, Hadar assumes a pivotal position in the administration of the company's investor portal, deftly handling various administrative responsibilities.
Michal Tchaicovsky

Michal Tchaicovsky is an experienced office manager and personal assistant of the chairman of Aulder Capital. With her great interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, Michal ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office while providing essential assistance to the chairman in managing daily tasks and responsibilities.
Michal plays a central role in maintaining an efficient and effective, and at the same time pleasant and friendly environment in the Israeli office allowing her colleagues to have all the assistance and support they need to perform their tasks at the highest level.
