Aulder was awarded a 60-year concession by the National Park Service to develop and operate a world class event space and hotel at Jacob Riis Beach in Queens, NY. The project includes $15m of historic tax credits to upgrade the historic bathhouse. Aulder has partnered with Brooklyn Bazaar and CBSK on the project.
